Ticket fees

EventsFrame charges 2% of each ticket sold (fees are charged also for canceled tickets) not including payment processor fees. If you accept payment using either Stripe, Paypal or Braintree there are additional fees as per their pricing. Free tickets are free of charge. 

At signup a billing details including credit card info will be required to create your account. The account will be automatically charged on a bi-weekly  basis depending on the the amount of the tickets sold in the previous fortnight period (the charge is made on 1st and 14th of each month).

All the charges for ticket fees are in EUR currency. If you accept payments in different currency, EventsFrame will use the conversion rate that is calculated based on https://exchangeratesapi.io.

There are no refunds as the billing is based on the amount the event organizer sells the tickets for in a given time period.

EventsFrame does not offer a subscription option. Those users on Subscription will keep their plan until any further changes are made.

NFT minting fee

EventsFrame charges $0.25 per minted NFT.

Payment failure

If the payment fails, we will attempt three times to charge you card and contact you. Inn case the payment is not made after three attempts, your account will be suspended.
