Event Terms and Conditions

At EventsFrame we want to support you in organising amazing events. Our passion is to make the event registration process as quick and painless as possible!

We know that every event that is being run will have its own unique requirement. That is why we have made it possible for you to publish a link to a custom terms an conditions document for each event that you run.

This document should reference:

  • refunds policy (if any) - we recommend clearly stating this - if no refunds will be issued then it is great to state that in the terms of your event
  • liability clauses pertaining to local law
  • any other signs off required for your event
  • legal links and terms

The event terms document is hosted outside of EventsFrame. This can be a page on your website, on your blog or even on a shared Google Document. Head over to:

{Name of Event} > Settings > Basic Info

Next you will copy the URL of the terms document into the box at the bottom of the screen:

The terms document is a great opportunity to communicate even more about the event.

Please note, if no link is pasted to this box the customer will be re-directed to EventsFrame default terms and conditions for data processing.


The terms document is also where you must reference GDPR compliance. You should state what data is being collected and how it is being used if you are collecting data on EU citizens or running an event in the EU regardless of where the attendees are from.
