How can I re-send tickets to a customer?

We all get loads of emails everyday and it can happen that a customer misplaces their ticket confirmation email!

In these cases we will quickly need to send those tickets again:

From the event screen:

Event scree > Orders > Click on order > 'Right Click' Attendee Tickets > Copy Link Address

Once you have copied the attendee tickets address, you can pop this into an email to your customer.
