From the Order Screen, clicking on any order displays it's full information, from billing details to attendees and order receipts.
Should you need to cancel an order you may click on the 'Cancel Order' button.
Order - Not yet paid (bank transfer)
Order paid - Receipt link is live
Please note, you will need to process refunds separately via your payment processor for any cancelled orders.
Cancelling orders automatically returns tickets to the available list of tickets.
Important note - Ticket Refunds
Ticket refunds must be initiated from your payment processor (PayPal, Braintree, Stripe):
- Cancel Order
- Refund on payment processor
- Email customer
